Unveiling the Collector’s Album Mod
The World Tools Mod, in Minecraft, introduces a dynamic way to organize and showcase your in-game discoveries. This mod allows players to accumulate cards representing various items within the game, each with its own level of scarcity. As you gather these cards and place them into a 150-card capacity album, you’ll accumulate points based on their rarity. These points, in turn, unlock a range of abilities and buffs to enhance your gameplay. Crafting your first collector’s album is straightforward, requiring six sheets of paper, a book, and two pieces of purple carpet.
Album Insights and Statistics
Upon accessing your album, you’ll be greeted with a statistics page detailing your collection progress. It displays the number of cards you’ve secured out of the total 150, the rarity distribution of your collection, the total points you’ve amassed, and a breakdown of the categories you’ve completed.
Card Pack Acquisition
Embarking on your collection journey means seeking out card packs, which can be found by defeating hostile mobs. These packs come in six rarities—common, uncommon, rare, epic, legendary, and mythical—and their drop rates contribute to the thrill of the chase. Each card pack contains cards of varying rarity, with points escalating with each tier.
Card Rarity and Point System
Starting with the common Acacia Sapling Card, which is grey and worth one point, the rarity and point value increase up to the mythical tier, which is worth six points. As you add cards to your album, the points tally on the stats page will update, and each card’s number helps you slot it into the correct position within the album. With six card tiers available, you can curate up to six unique collector’s albums, each filled with 150 cards from a specific tier.
Unlocking Buffs and Abilities
Collector’s albums are more than just a means to display your finds; they’re a gateway to in-game enhancements. By reaching specific point thresholds, you’ll unlock buffs such as Health Boost I to X. Additionally, completing any of the five card categories—Tools, Armor, Mobs, Nature, and Items—grants you extra buffs like Resistance, Strength, and Regeneration, further enriching your Minecraft adventure.
Community and Trading
The Collector’s Album Mod also fosters community interaction. You can repackage duplicate cards and trade them with friends, creating a unique form of currency on multiplayer servers. This trading element not only allows you to customize your collection but also assists other players in enhancing their own gameplay experiences.
For the mod to function correctly, ensure you have the Configuration API installed, which is a prerequisite for the Collector’s Album Mod to operate seamlessly within your Minecraft world.
